Understanding Paid Listing Packages

In most cities it's free to post listings. In a few cities a Paid Listing Package is required to activate listings. We charge a fee to activate listings in the following cities.

What does it mean to activate a listing?

When you have a RadRenter landlord account, you can activate a listing when a unit becomes available, and then de-activate the listing when the unit is rented. Your listing is always saved in your account, for the next time you need to activate and display the listing.

It's always free to create a RadRenter landlord account and add your listings, and in many cities you can also activate your listings for free. If your property is located in one of the select cities listed above, we charge a weekly fee to activate your listings.

If my property(s) is not located in one of the cities listed above, I can add and display my listing, and it will be completely free, right?

Yes, completely free. No trial period. No catch. Just free. If your property is not located in one of the above cities, you can go now to create your account and post your listings for free.

Where do I go to Purchase a Paid Listing Package.

If you already have a landlord account, and have logged in, you can purchase a Paid Listing Package here.

Do I have to log in to pay every week in order to keep my listing(s) active?

No. Your card will automatically be charged every week, so you don't have to worry about logging in to pay, in order to keep your listings active.

Can I cancel at any time?

Yes. You can cancel at any time up until the moment your card is charged. It's a weekly charge though, so we do not give refunds for any un-used days. In other words, if you pay to activate two listings, and 4 days later you de-activate your listings, because your units are rented, we will not give a refund for the 3 un-used days.

Can I upgrade at any time?

Yes. You can upgrade to activate more listings at any time. If it's in the middle of your week, we'll charge you for the new package you've selected, less the dollar amount of the number of days you didn't use on your last package.

Can I downgrade at any time?

Yes. You can downgrade your package at any time. Since you paid for a week, the prior package will stay in affect until the end of your week, at which time, the new package will go into effect, you will then be charged the price of the new package that you selected.

What if I have multiple listings and I want to de-activate one listing and activate another.

Paid Listing Packages are not listing specific. Here's an example of what that means:

Let's say you have 5 listings in your account. You decide to purchase the package that allows you to activate 2 listings. One moment you could activate Property B and Property C, and the next moment you could de-activate property C and then activate property A. You've paid to activate two listings, you can change which two listings are active at any time, as many times as you would like.

What if some of my listings are free to activate, and some require a Paid Listing Package.

Activation of free listings do not effect your Paid Listing Package. So if you purchase the package that allows 2 listings to be activated, you can activate as many free listings as you would like without using up your 2 paid listings.
