This is a large 4 bedroom house with lots of living space. One the first floor there is a bedroom, half bath, living room, dinning room and kitchen. On the second floor there are three bedrooms and a spacious bathroom.

The house does not have any carpet in it, all the rooms have hardwood floors with exception to the bathroom and kitchen which have linoleum.

We recently updated the electrical and put in a high efficiency furnace and air conditioner.

The backyard is fairly private. There is a fence that goes around the portion that is near the street, but it is not completely fenced in.

Be aware the $1,100 rent does not include the garage. The garage is rented separately. If the new tenant of the house wishes to rent the garage they will have the right of first refusal of the garage. If the garage is already rented to another party a 60 day notice would need to be given to the garage tenant before the house tenant would/could get possession of the garage. The rent for the garage is $250 a month. If the house tenant rents the garage they will be given a $50 discount so they would pay $200 for the garage with the house.
