Not the nicest unit we have but it is main floor, right next to the off street parking. Building is air conditioned, you will appreciate it. This apartment has a terrible floor plan but for $425 with all utiltites paid, it has a lot of space.
Bath has tub/shower combination with storage for toiletries and towels.
Lots of off street parking provided for you and your guests.
Electricity, gas, water, sewage, garbage furnished, you must pay for your cable, internet and phone. We provide lawn care and snow removal from the sidewalks and parking areas.

Please note that Mitchell is a Vo-tech and college town...As a city we have our highest number of rental vacancies the month of May. Vo-tech and college students go home to MOM and DAD or off to a job, and that is also the month when parents with children in school do their moving. Shortly after, the next years students start to come to town. If you wait too long you might find yourself having to rent something you consider to be below your standards or maybe ABOVE WHAT YOU CAN AFFORD.
