This small/quaint/tiny/micro one bedroom house has everything you need just not a lot of room. The bedroom has no closet for your hanging clothes but it does have a 1/2 bath (toilet and sink) in one closet and a shower in another closet. There is a small entry which does have some room to hang clothes. A small living room with a heat pump which provides both heating and cooling for the house. There is some back up baseboard heat if needed on real cold days. The small/quaint/tiny/micro kitchen does have a stove and fridge provided. The water heater is in the lower level which is only accessible through a trap door in the kitchen floor. (no need to ever go down there!). The small/quaint/tiny/micro house did get a complete electrical upgrade a few years back with underground electrical wires to the house so no need to fear of an ice storm pulling the electrical service down. The new electrical breaker panel is located in a small/quaint/tiny/micro room off the kitchen which does provide a second entry to the house from the fence enclosed back yard and a little bit of extra storage for you.

Did I mention the house is small.
