AmberField Place Apartments are one level apartments with a private entrance and screened in porch. Rent includes: Heat, soft water, sewer and garbage.

Each of these apartment homes has a fully appointed kitchen with stove, refrigerator, microwave and dishwasher. Also in the apartment, you will have a full size (not coin operated) washer and dryer. Each apartment has individually controlled heating and cooling system (central air conditioning). Garages and off street parking is available (sites may vary).

All our communities are smoke free.

We do allow cats with a fee of $300 for declawed cats and $500 for cats with claws. All required paperwork must be completed.

For all other animals, we follow the ADA Act and the reasonable accommodation process through our corporate office and your health care provider.
