This building & land are both for rent and for sale. If we rent the 5.5 acres with the buildings the property will no longer be for sale to the general public only to the party renting the property. . .and I really don't need to say it but if we sell it, well then, it is no longer for rent by us but might be by the new owner.

Property is presently divided into four parcels but could be subdivided more. All 66 acres with all the buildings +/- for $1,250,000.
5.5 +/- with the buildings - $450,000.
59.5 +/- acres of commercial/agricultural land - $900,000, which is $7,500 per acre for all the land without the buildings.

FYI! Be aware the last tenant complained of developing an allergic reaction to something in the building.

After They moved into the building new carpet, vinyl and paint was put into the property. Additionally the tenant had pets and they installed cabinets and enclosed kennels for the dog grooming business they were going to start. Pet products and materials were brought in also. After having access to the building for over 5 months the tenant complained of having an allergic reaction. After we were noticed by the tenant of there health situation we allowed them to break the lease and move from the location.

Prior to them taking possession of the building we had multiple former tenants, employees and contractors who were in the building...none developed health issues or complained of allergic reactions. After the tenant vacated the building multiple people have been in the building cleaning what was left, repairing some minor issues and painting over the old tenants paint color choices. Not of those people has developed any health or allergy issues.
