This a single story house. It has a really good floor plan, decent basement and a two car garage with openers and remotes. We rewired the entire house with a new 200 amp service panel, removing the old furnace and installing a new heat pump. By converting the house to all electric the property will qualify for a special low electrical rate. It has a nice large kitchen, really big open living area. The master bedroom has a walk-in closet with access to the bath. The bath used to be the weakest part of this property so we turned the bath into the walk-in closet and then turned the utility room into a huge bath/laundry with a new 1 piece tub-shower and a tile floor, now the bath is probably one of the strongest points of this property. The yard is kind of small for the size of the house. You can hire our lawn and snow service for $50 a month or do it yourself.
