This apartment would have one apartment under its living room and Kitchen with a different apartment under the bath and bedroom.

Water, garbage, sewer, gas, electricity and heat are paid. Tenant needs to pay cable, internet and phone.

Pets ok but please, no barking dogs.

As Landlords we went 32 years without having a death in any of our apartment buildings. A woman (with health concerns) passed away from natural causes in this very apartment in June 2012. With over 90 buildings what are the chances of our second death happening not just in the same apartment building but in the same apartment. This kind of starts to sounds like the trailer for a horror movie...but in reality it is more of a story of how we are created to love and care for each other. I can only say that after seeing the lady's husband walk down the street the two months after her passing...he died from a broken heart the end of July 2012.
