In 2009 we installed new underground Electricity lines, a new 200 amp service panel, replaced the east roof, blew new attic insulation, and the sidewalls of this house were completely packed full of insulation. This house is very easy on utilities. We started to install a geo thermal heat pump system but the winter weather shut down the work...and now it is a round-to-it project.

Pet deposit $500 plus an additional $25 per animal added to the monthly rent.
